Sarah came recommended by a co-worker and I would highly recommend her. There was no pressure from her to sign an exclusivity agreement, we signed a one day and then one week agreement so I could see if we were a good fit, which we were!! She went above and beyond to set up viewings for me, in fact on one of the first days we went out, I think we saw about 10 properties, then knowing that I was driving in to the city from about 2 hours away she would do a walk through of a property on her own and either face time me or do a video recording so I could decide if it was a property worth going to see myself (can’t tell you how much time and money in terms of gas and parking this saved me). I had only been looking about 2 months when she contacted me with a property that had just hit the market, she made herself available to meet me as soon as I got off work to do a walk through and we put in an offer sitting outside the condo as soon as I’d seen it and less than 24 hours later I was a property owner. It was an amazing experience and as a first time buyer it was actually much smoother than I expected, thanks to Sarah. I got an amazing condo within walking distance to my work, within my budget, with all the features I was looking for. Sarah is very knowledgeable about Toronto and the condo market specifically and she had the connections from years of experience in the industry; she recommended the property lawyer that I ended up using and she was always there to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. In fact to this day, 2 years later, I still contact her asking for advice or recommendations. I’m pretty happy with my current residence and don’t have plans to sell any time soon but you never know what life has in store but one thing I’m sure of is that should I have need to buy or sell in the future, I’ll be working with Sarah again.
